34 calculation methods
Umm al-Qura, Egyptian General Authority, Karachi, ISNA, MWL, Diyanet and others. Pick the one your local mosque follows; Zad remembers it per device.
Per-prayer adjustment
Shift any prayer by minutes if your masjid announces slightly later. Asr can follow Hanafi or Shafi‘i, and Isha can use a fixed interval after Maghrib.
Location, or a city you choose
Grant location once and the times follow you. Prefer not to? Set a city by hand — Zad works with no location permission at all.
High latitudes
Above roughly 48°, twilight never fully ends in summer. Zad offers the usual rules — nearest latitude, one-seventh, middle of the night — rather than printing an impossible time.
If the times look wrong
Nine times out of ten it is the calculation method. Settings → Prayer times → Calculation method, then choose the one your country uses. If a single prayer is still a minute or two out, adjust that prayer on its own.
